Detailed Submission Information for the
Weekly Email Update (WEU)
Requirements for events to post on our website are a bit more complicated. Because we spend so much time updating our website, we appreciate your help in giving us the following information and formats of documents.
We publish most events and communications as Blog posts. This is done because it's the best way to archive our activities. If your event includes a flyer, we need that in several formats.
For Flyers: pdf and jpg.
If you send a pdf, it should have internal links. If it does not, please try to recreate or send a Word Doc with links in it.
For Blog post: Word document with links to every person, organization or event that you reference. This allows us to just copy and post your write up into the Blog, and gives our readers more information about your post.
We can attach the flyer to the Blog post but it's very likely we will post it other places on our site as well.
